LHAAC Coordinator – Ryan Janes

Ryan Janes was appointed as LHAAC Coordinator on 22 May 2023 and brings with him a wealth of experience from 14 years at the WA Department of Health and prior to that was an Environmental Health Officer in Local Government. During this time, Ryan has worked across a broad range of environmental health areas including emergency management, medical entomology, policy development, food safety, environmental hazards, and health risk assessment, which he is keen to contribute to the growth and development of LHAAC.

Ryan holds qualifications in Bachelor of Science (Environmental Health), Grad Cert in Environmental Health (Risk Assessment) and Master of Infectious Diseases.
