World Health Organisation Five Keys to Safer Food Resource

The World Health Organisation has an active food safety program and I recently checked their website for resource material and discovered the Five Keys series of resources.  Whilst the Five Keys to Safer Foods was developed in 2001 it remains relevant today and has no doubt had a few minor updates in recent years. It is a good and very simple publication and well worth sharing.
